Water-Efficient Cultivation

Two hectares under borehole-fed drip irrigation produce spinach, tomatoes, green peppers, and cabbage across rotating seasonal cycles. Produce is sold through Regional Supply Group to the Joburg Market, with plans to expand acreage from year two.

03 — Agro-Processing

Value Beyond the Farm Gate

Current production: biltong and dried sausage from pork offcuts — low-waste, high-margin products from the piggery stream. From year two, value-added products from vegetable surplus enter the processing line. Target markets: local retailers, butcheries, and informal sector.
